About the role:
As a People Business Partner, you’ll be a member of our Business Partnering team and the primary strategic partner to our Finance and Customer Care organizations. You’ll work closely with leaders to advise on people strategy, coach managers, and drive an exceptional employee experience across the full lifecycle. Beyond business partnering, you’ll have the opportunity to own and evolve specific programs critical to our growth and employee satisfaction, including the New Hire Experience, People Experience automation, and other high-impact initiatives.
We’re a small, agile People team focused on creating meaningful impact, so while 95% of your time will be dedicated to Business Partnering, you’ll occasionally collaborate across other areas of the People team (Talent, Ops, etc.) on special projects. This role is a great fit if you thrive on variety, enjoy building strong partnerships, and are excited to shape how People programs come to life in a high-growth environment.
Your impact:
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders in our Customer Care and Finance Team
Guide organizational design, talent planning, team effectiveness, and change management.
Support managers to coach and help those on their team perform at their best
Use data and insights to identify trends and establish clear recommendations
Own and continuously improve our new hire onboarding experience—from offer to first 90 days.
Help shape key employee moments (e.g., milestones, internal transitions, recognition programs, returns from leave).
Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent team to support select hiring processes.
You bring:
4+ years in People/HR roles, with experience in business partnering in a fast-growing environment.
Adept at navigating ambiguity and building trust at all levels of an organization.
Confident advising managers on a wide range of topics (performance, engagement, team health).
Strong communicator with a bias for collaboration and followthrough
Experience (or interest) in shaping onboarding and hiring processes.
Comfortable using people data to drive decisions and storytelling.
Passionate about modern People practices—curious, progressive, and always learning.
