Responsibilities
As we transition to a Platform company, we are re-imagining the way we plan and execute our work, leveraging teams across the Platform to deliver for customers. As a core member of the GBSG Planning & Delivery team, you would be at the forefront of change, helping to jumpstart development velocity across the organization through better coordination, alignment, and decisions.
As an integral part of the Planning Team, you will:
- Help drive a quarterly planning process across a 1000+ employee organization, that connects dependencies across a 4000+ engineering organization
- Evolve and improve processes, tools, and deliver insights from data and internal customer feedback
- Bring high energy and a high-touch approach, demonstrate a scale mindset to problem-solving
- Drive partnerships with Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, and teams across the company to drive planning processes
- Be a source of inspiration for teams seeking to accelerate their development, by engaging them into the process so that they get the most out of it
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $187,500 - 254,000.
