ZayZoon is looking for a Sales Development Representative to partner closely with our Marketing and Sales teams with a focus on developing and executing a plan to find prospective customers, map our solution to their needs, build rapport and create a sense of excitement and urgency with the prospect to acquire our product. This is a high visibility role with responsibility to target accounts, qualify buyers, deliver web-based product demonstrations and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Your creativity will be utilized to ensure high levels of engagement, regular communication and high attention to detail while engaging with our prospective customers.
Your impact:
Execute and iterate on our inbound/outbound strategy involving multiple stakeholders across the business
Identify buying personas at target customers
Build awareness for ZayZoon products through outbound telephone, social and email prospecting
Develop and expand database of prospective customers
Schedule product demo calls between prospects and account executives
Execute product demo calls with prospective customers
Convert prospects into qualified leads by creating decision urgency and differentiating from the competition
Track all activity and manage relationships in CRM, while leveraging data to pull insights and drive decisions
Communicate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to facilitate optimization of SDR workflow

About the role:
As a Client Account Manager at ZayZoon, you’ll play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for both newly onboarded and long-standing clients. You’ll be the face and voice of ZayZoon by building strong, trusted relationships, proactively supporting client needs, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. Your impact:
Act as a strategic advisor to SMB employer clients, deepening relationships by aligning ZayZoon’s value with their business goals.
Champion a seamless post-sale experience by ensuring a strong transition into long-term success, with a focus on fast, effective client activation.
Coordinate internally with sales, product, marketing, and customer care teams to deliver value to clients.
Identify opportunities to boost ZayZoon product visibility and engagement across existing client accounts.
Proactively identify the unique objectives and challenges of high-value clients to inform tailored engagement strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
Cultivate advocacy by leveraging strong client relationships to generate referrals, secure testimonials, and co-create impactful case studies.
Take ownership of client account issues by escalating through Jira, coordinating cross-functional support, and ensuring a timely and thorough follow-through to resolution.
Facilitate timely client renewals, lead quarterly strategy sessions, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure alignment, drive engagement, and maximize adoption of ZayZoon’s services across their workforce.
Capture insights from client interactions to influence product development and continuously improve the client experience.
Contribute to the evolution of account management playbooks by documenting best practices, processes, and strategies that elevate client value delivery.

Have 2+ years of successful lead generation and/or outside sales experience
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets or goals using a consultative, solutions-focused, high volume approach
Superior communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills with the ability to actively listen and provide sound solutions
An expert in sales automation tools like CRM and SDR technology
Possess a curious mind, demonstrated coachability and a desire to learn
Experience within a startup or scale up environment
