About Measure Protocol
Measure is revolutionizing how consumer data is collected and utilized. We empower individuals to share behavioral and attitudinal data in a transparent, privacy-first way—and help companies unlock insights that shape smarter decision-making. With our proprietary platforms and robust data infrastructure, we're building the future of ethical, scalable consumer intelligence.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced, AI-fluent Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and user experience. This individual will own strategic product initiatives, using cutting-edge tools—including multiple LLMs—to streamline planning, execution, and insight generation across teams.
You will be responsible for transforming our internal and consumer-facing tools, leveraging LLMs and automation to drive strategic planning, ensure delivery of high-quality products, and unlock new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consumer App Redesign & Growth
- Conduct competitive desk research with the help of automated tools and LLMs to identify winning strategies across the market.
- Define UX and product improvements based on behavioral insights, with a clear plan to expand and retain the consumer base.
- Drive experimentation and optimization cycles (A/B testing, user feedback loops).
2. AI-Driven Internal Tools
- Lead the implementation of an NLQ (natural language querying) interface across departments to access our data lake securely and intelligently.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Ops to align internal tooling with cross-functional workflows (Sales, Marketing, Product).
- Set and manage key milestones for LLM integration, with measurable adoption and productivity KPIs.
3. New Product Innovation & GTM Strategy
- Develop and launch data-driven B2B products that convert behavioral data into actionable insights for brands.
- Define product strategy, target segments, and GTM plans for monetizing consumer intelligence.
- Partner with Revenue and Marketing teams to support positioning, pricing, and success metrics.
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years in product management roles, ideally in B2C/B2B SaaS or data-centric environments.
- Strong familiarity with LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, and their use cases in product workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to own complex roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong UX intuition and technical fluency—can speak API with engineers and user value with designers.
- Experience building internal tools, consumer-facing apps, and/or data products.
Bonus: familiarity with analytics and visualization stacks (e.g. Snowflake, Firebolt, Superset).
What Success Looks Like
- App redesign shipped on time with measurable uptick in engagement and retention.
- Internal data access tool deployed with high adoption and team satisfaction.
- New GTM product launched with at least one new brand customer in the first 3 months.
