We’re looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to help design, scale, and productionize the next generation of ML and agentic AI systems. In this role, you’ll not only build pipelines and infrastructure but also architect and deploy agent-driven solutions that power intelligent search, content automation, and next-gen copilots.
This position blends MLOps expertise with applied AI engineering, giving you the opportunity to design robust architectures, operationalize state-of-the-art agent frameworks, and contribute to high-impact systems in production.

Loopio is a global company, HQ’d in Canada, that embraces flexible and effective work models. While many of our teams operate remotely, this role is part of a new, strategic product team that will work in a hybrid model to accelerate innovation and foster deep collaboration.
For this role, you will be based in our Toronto, Ontario hub, with the expectation of working from our co-working space in downtown Toronto 3 days per week. This approach is intentionally designed to give you the best of both worlds: high-impact, in-person collaboration with your team to drive impactful product initiatives, and the flexibility of focused work-from-home days.

Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).
You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 🙇🏾 during the workday
