The Role
As Gumloop’s first Internal Recruiter, you’ll source top talent, craft a great candidate experience, and build the systems that make hiring fast, transparent, and scalable.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and loves matching great people to great opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, interviewing, and closing across key roles
Work with the Head of Ops and founders to define role profiles and interview processes
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach and creative sourcing
Develop and improve recruiting operations and tools (Ashby, etc.)
Craft clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect Gumloop’s tone and values
Track and report hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement
Help define our hiring brand and ensure every candidate interaction reflects who we are
What You Bring
3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment
Proven ability to hire for both technical and GTM roles
Strong sourcing skills and network across startups or SaaS companies
Excellent written and verbal communication — you write outreach people want to respond to
Bias for action, organization, and follow-through
Enjoy working closely with teams in-office
