We’re looking for a self-driven, customer-obsessed SMB Account Manager to join as a founding member of our new Account Management team. As an Account Manager at EvenUp, you’ll be the CEO of your book of business, building lasting executive partnerships with our SMB law firm clients to help them maximize the value of our AI platform. You’ll manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and cross sell new product lines to existing customers.
What You’ll Do
Own an revenue expansion quota for a seasoned SMB book of business
Partner with CSMs to proactively engage customers at key lifecycle events: post-onboarding check-in, business reviews, annual renewals, significant business activity (M&A, firm expansion, new markets)
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities via repeatable outbound prospecting
Consult with firm executives and operational leaders to understand their operational challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions
Navigate a solution sales process by building relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders through remote and in-person meetings
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in quota carrying SaaS roles (Sales, Account Management)
Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via new business or cross sales
Experience managing a high-volume SMB customer book of business with a balance of relationship-building and transactional efficiency
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; the ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives, operations teams, and technical stakeholders
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environmen.
Passion for technology and impact — excited to help transform the legal industry and expand access to justice
Compensation & Incentives: As a founding team member, this role has an On-Target Earnings (OTE) benchmark of $130,000 (USD), structured with a 60% Base / 40% Variable split.
