We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Designer to lead creative direction and produce high-impact visual and motion assets across streaming, digital, and broadcast channels. This versatile, individual contributor role requires rolling up your sleeves to concept, design, and deliver assets that drive engagement, viewership, and brand consistency. You are a multifaceted designer, motion graphics artist, and storyteller who brings entertainment brands to life across every screen.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the creation of high-impact visual and motion assets across digital marketing, social media, app store, email, on-air, and in-venue channels.
• Produce video promos, house ads, and on-air graphics packages—including opens, wipes, bugs, and interstitials—that drive engagement, viewership, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with production, programming, marketing, and product teams to maintain cohesive brand identity across all platforms and campaigns.
• Maintain and evolve brand systems and visual templates, leveraging AI and generative tools to enhance creative ideation and production.
Must Have Skills:
What We’re Looking For:
• 6+ years of creative experience in broadcast, streaming, sports, or entertainment, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion, static, and brand work.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere) and comfortable using AI/GenAI tools to enhance workflows.
• Strong storytelling, motion graphics, and multi-platform design skills (on-air, CTV, web, mobile, email, social), with a focus on delivering engaging short-form promos and trailers.
• Hands-on, self-motivated, and collaborative, able to manage multiple projects end-to-end while communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience managing freelance or contract designers, and background in sports, streaming, or startup/entrepreneurial environments is highly desirable.
