The Casino Operations Manager is essential for maintaining seamless daily operations across our diverse North American brands and markets. This pivotal role bridges commercial, product, compliance, and technical functions to drive the successful delivery, optimization, and continuous performance of our casino content portfolio. We seek a candidate who is deeply enthusiastic about casino gaming, has a thorough grasp of the complexities within regulated iGaming environments, and demonstrates a keen focus on operational excellence and effective content curation.
What you'll be doing:
• Maintain an expert understanding of current and upcoming casino content (slots, tables, jackpots, live dealer) to optimize portfolio performance and player engagement.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for key North American content providers (e.g., Light & Wonder, IGT, Evolution, Bragg, High 5, Everi, AGS), managing communications, certification, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Product teams to align content configurations and release schedules for state launches (e.g., NJ, PA, MI, WV, ON), meeting all jurisdictional and certification requirements.
• Partner with CRM, Marketing, Product, and BI teams to support campaigns, promotions, and performance reporting for casino content.
• Maintain detailed release calendars, track provider SLAs, and continuously improve operational processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Must Have Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in a Casino Operations, Product, or Content Management role within the iGaming or land-based casino industry.
• Passion for Gaming: A genuine enthusiasm for casino gaming and a deep understanding of the factors driving player engagement, including game mechanics and presentation.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with major North American content providers, aggregation platforms, and the evolving regulatory landscape for both iGaming and land-based casinos.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and providers, with a strong focus on attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills for working effectively with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Compliance, Business Intelligence (BI), and Technology.
• Data Interpretation: Comfort with interpreting performance data and leveraging these insights to inform and support content strategy and decision-making.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Proven experience with casino content certification processes, including knowledge of requirements for bodies like GLI/BMM and specific state jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with operational workflow tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
• Previous exposure to CRM and promotional strategy related to the launch of casino games.
• Excellent interpersonal and vendor management abilities, characterized by a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
