Geotab is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will drive the management and optimization of paid media channels, lead generation campaigns, and on-site CRO initiatives across various regions. What you'll do:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to orchestrate lead generation and paid media initiatives, ensuring a high-converting user experience, and implementing data-driven optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance. You will need to work closely with international marketing teams, web development teams via Jira, and various stakeholders to manage content updates and digital marketing programs.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized, goal-oriented self-starter with extreme attention to detail and the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and use data-driven metrics to drive website improvements.
How you'll make an impact:
- Lead the creation, development, and optimization of web pages on geotab.com via the CMS, overseeing all content updates while driving website insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of UX/UI design, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and traffic optimization strategies to enhance website performance and user engagement.
- Implement SEO best practices and technical tasks using tools like Ahrefs and Screaming Frog to maximize search engine visibility, maintain site health, and ensure content accuracy across all regions.
- Implement campaign continuous improvement workflows consistently analyzing and optimizing campaign assets and structure through data driven processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international marketing teams, to support the success of the website and execute global digital marketing strategies and programs.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console; generate reports to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven optimizations.
- Identify bugs and technical issues on Geotab.com.
- Initiate web development tasks by submitting detailed development tickets in Jira for resolution.
- Conduct and analyze scheduled website audits to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
- Manage incoming web request tickets using Wrike and Jira, including prioritization, assignment, resolution, and communication with stakeholders for clarification and updates.
- Speahead the creation and deployment of new microsites from conception to launch.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends and lead the charge on AI Search. Measure performance, optimize pages, and consistently improve Geotab’s presence across AI search sources like Google AI Overviews, Chat GPT, Perplexity AI and more.
- Provide assistance with basic audio/video editing tasks as needed.
- Support the implementation and training of new marketing technologies (e.g., Hubilo, Rive) by providing assistance with setup and documentation.
- Help develop and create interactive content across digital marketing platforms and channels.
- Provide support in the production of online events on social platforms such as LinkedIn Lives, podcasts, and webinars.
- Direct the management of all Google profiles, including Google My Business, ensuring their good standing by regularly updating business information, monitoring for policy violations, and resolving any issues to maintain accuracy, visibility, and compliance.
What you'll bring to this role:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with UX/UI design, CRO & Traffic Optimization.
- Proven experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and data metrics to drive improvements.
- Highly organized and goal-oriented and business minded.
- Technical proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience working with translated and localized content.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear digital performance strategies with clear KPIs.
- Experience working with translated & localized content.
- Strong project and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an extreme attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.
