About Nova Studio
Nova Studio is a creative automation platform that converts social media content into programmatic ads across display, video, CTV, and DOOH channels. We work with media agencies, ad tech platforms, and publishers to deliver the modern creative layer for digital advertising—helping partners scale creative production everywhere they need to reach audiences.
About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Trainer who wants to own something — not just deliver decks, but build the entire partner enablement engine for a fast-growing technology platform that has many happy multiyear customers. You'll be the first dedicated hire in this function, responsible for making sure every partner that comes through our door gets up and running fast and stays engaged long-term. Expect to split your time roughly 50/50 between live partner-facing sessions and behind-the-scenes work building playbooks, creating content, and analyzing what's working.
What You’ll Do
Partner-Facing
- Own the full onboarding and training lifecycle for channel partners — agencies, publishers, and technology platforms — from kickoff through ongoing enablement.
- Develop deep expertise in Nova's product suite across display, video, CTV, and DOOH so you can speak to any use case, run compelling demos, and train with authority.
- Build and maintain a standardized onboarding playbook with tailored tracks for different partner types, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across every account.
- Gather and relay partner feedback to internal teams, serving as a voice of the customer to help inform product roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
Internal & Cross-Functional
- Partner closely with Sales, Services, and Account Management to ensure we consistently overdeliver on our commitment to support partners throughout their journey with Nova.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to stay current on new releases, translate updates into training content, and develop partner-facing collateral, demo scripts, and enablement resources that scale the team's impact.
- Track onboarding and training metrics to continuously improve the partner experience and identify gaps or opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- You're the type who watches your own recorded demos to get better, and who gets a genuine kick out of seeing a partner run their first campaign without needing help.
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, customer success, or a similar partner-facing role.
- Background in SaaS enablement, ad tech, agency support, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills—you’re comfortable leading live sessions, webinars, building decks, and creating video walkthroughs.
- Ability to quickly learn complex products and distill them into clear, actionable training for diverse audiences.
- Highly organized with experience building repeatable processes and playbooks from scratch.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—you thrive at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (programmatic, creative automation, CTV) is a strong plus.
Why Nova Studio
- You'll be building the enablement function at a company where creative automation is becoming a must-have, not a nice-to-have — our partners include agencies and platforms managing millions in programmatic spend.
- Small team, big leverage: your work directly drives whether partners activate, expand, and renew.
- Opportunity to shape the training and enablement function from the ground up, working with 20+ partners from day one
- Work at the intersection of creative and technology in a fast-moving segment of digital advertising.
- Uncapped bonus potential tied to partner activation and expansion.
Bonus Points
- Experience with screen recording and async video tools like Loom, Vidyard, or similar.
- You've built an onboarding or training program from scratch, not just inherited one.
- Familiarity with programmatic ad ops, DSPs, SSPs, or the buy-side/sell-side workflow.
- Comfort with light CRM and data work — pulling reports in Salesforce or HubSpot to track partner engagement.
- Experience creating content in tools like Notion, Canva, or Google Slides that partners actually want to use.
- You've trained non-technical users on technical products and enjoyed it.
