Our Client is a global entertainment leader with a growing omnichannel presence across physical venues and digital platforms. Their portfolio includes multiple destination properties across the U.S., alongside premier sports betting and iCasino digital products. They also operate high-reach sports streaming services designed to reimagine fan engagement through interactive communities and real-time gaming.
They are seeking a Lead Analyst to uncover the what and why behind our streaming product performance. This role moves beyond basic dashboarding to translate data into strategic insights that inform product, programming, and business planning. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure the organization operates with accurate, actionable data.
What we are Looking for:
• Own viewership, engagement, retention, and monetization reporting across our streaming platforms.
• Analyze audience behavior and content performance to identify key trends and growth drivers.
• Produce recurring executive reports highlighting opportunities and emerging risks.
• Proactively identify data anomalies and partner with engineering teams to resolve analytics instrumentation issues.
• Improve and scale analytics frameworks and reporting workflows to support business growth

Must Have Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics.
• Experience analyzing consumer digital products, with a strong preference for media or streaming sectors.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or Mux.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical analysis into clear, executive-ready insights.
