A global leader in the omni-channel gaming and interactive entertainment industry is looking for a driven iCasino Operations Coordinator. This organization is at the forefront of redefining the digital entertainment ecosystem, powering dynamic experiences across the US and Canada. You will apply your expertise across slots, live dealer, and table game ecosystems to directly influence player engagement, retention, and revenue performance for a major player in the iGaming sector.
In this role, you aren’t just managing a list; you are a critical driver of growth and new market entry strategy, ensuring high-quality content is delivered accurately and on time in a rapidly growing industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end release of casino content, including slots, live dealer, and table games, across all active jurisdictions to ensure punctual launches that meet regulatory and market requirements.
• Assist in new state and province launches by preparing, configuring, and prioritizing casino content to meet specific go-live requirements.
• Maintain and track the monthly and quarterly game release roadmap to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure content delivery aligns with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all content meets jurisdictional certifications and approval processes.
• Maintain accurate records of game releases, supplier updates, and operational processes, and contribute to weekly and monthly operational reporting.
• Support strategies to identify content gaps by market or player segment to improve the overall performance and value of the casino portfolio
Must Have Skills:
• At least 1 year of professional experience within the iGaming or casino gaming industry.
• Deep functional knowledge of iGaming products, including slots, live dealer, and table games, as well as associated bonus structures.
• Proven ability to navigate and utilize provider Back Office tools and systems.
• High level of proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
• Experience performing administrative tasks involving large, complex data sets.
• A strong focus on the player experience and a keen eye for detail in all operational tasks.
