Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario
We are seeking a motivated Junior to Intermediate AI Engineer to support the design,
development, and deployment of AI solutions within a Google Cloud ecosystem. This role is
ideal for candidates with a strong software engineering foundation and hands-on exposure to
AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and conversational interfaces.
You will work alongside senior architects, AI leads, cloud engineers, and client stakeholders to
deliver scalable AI solutions.
The ideal candidate is technically curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in modern AI
technologies including LLMs, NLP, Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and cloud-native AI services.
Must Have Skills:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions within a Google Cloud
ecosystem.
Support implementation of intelligent applications, automation workflows, and AI-powered
customer experience solutions.
Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and inference endpoints supporting AI
applications.
Assist with AI/ML pipelines including data preparation, model deployment, testing, monitoring,
and optimization.
Work with Google Cloud technologies such as:
Vertex AI
BigQuery
Cloud Storage
Cloud Run
Pub/Sub
Dataflow
GKE
GECX/Dialogflow/CCAI
Support deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across AI applications,
cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
Contribute to scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures following engineering and
cloud best practices.
Analyze application and user interaction data to improve AI model performance and business
outcomes.
Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business
requirements into technical AI solutions.
Participate in proof-of-concepts, demos, workshops, and client solution discussions.
Contribute to reusable AI accelerators, templates, technical documentation, and engineering
best practices.
Nice to Have Skills:
Exposure to Conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow CX or other chatbot/virtual
assistant technologies.
Familiarity with NLP/NLU concepts, conversational design, or voice/chatbot implementations.
Experience supporting customer experience or contact center AI solutions is considered an
asset.
