Acts as a senior technical practitioner responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure, leading architecture and delivery for PrivateLink-based Amazon Connect API integrations, and managing multi-stage analytics data pipelines. Serves as a key client point of contact for technical working sessions and cross-functional delivery.
Core Responsibilities
AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineering: Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure across environments (Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, KMS) provisioned via Terraform using a foundation/platform repository pattern.
Amazon Connect IVR API Integration: Lead architecture and delivery of a PrivateLink-based integration layer connecting Amazon Connect to internal APIs, including OAuth2 authentication, VPC networking, and TLS configuration using an internal root CA.
Analytics Data Pipeline Delivery: Design and operate a multi-stage AWS Step Functions pipeline producing nightly Athena-based reporting and daily SFTP delivery, ensuring reliability through error handling, CloudWatch alerting, and DynamoDB reconciliation tracking.
Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules across shared repositories.
Client Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for client interactions, leading technical working sessions, managing open dependencies, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
Must Have Skills:
Deep hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineering (Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, KMS).
Advanced Infrastructure as Code experience utilizing Terraform and modular repository patterns.
Proven experience architecting and delivering Amazon Connect integrations utilizing PrivateLink, VPC networking, OAuth2, and secure TLS configurations.
Experience building and supporting robust data pipelines, analytics reporting, and automated alerting/reconciliation mechanisms.
Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships, technical working sessions, and cross-functional delivery.
