Geotab is seeking a Deal Desk Manager who will review and approve pricing requests, manage reseller RFPs, and support commercial agreement execution for Geotab's reseller and direct customer base. What you'll do:
As a Deal Desk Manager your key area of responsibility will be managing a queue of deal desk requests, applying established pricing frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring deals to resolution. You will need to work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance.

How you'll make an impact:
- Manage, prioritize, review, and approve; requests for non-standard pricing, multiple reseller RFP requests requiring custom pricing strategies, and reseller credit requests and terms proposed in agreements or pricing amendments.
- Manage and administer commercial pricing in DealHub CPQ, ensuring quoting workflows and approval processes reflect current pricing strategy.
- Participate in meetings with Sales, Resellers, and customers to finalize pricing agreements and amendments.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure deal structures are operationally executable and compliant with commercial policies.
- Act as the subject matter expert for deal desk processes, providing guidance for complex pricing cases.
- Engage in team development through coaching, feedback, and identifying training opportunities.
- Support Geotab global strategic initiatives.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 5-8 years experience in a deal desk, commercial pricing, or similar role in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to assess pricing risk and make well-judged decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CPQ or deal management platforms; DealHub experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic mindset, has a keen sense of priorities, along with an ability to pivot as the landscape changes.
- A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Technical competence using Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Excel.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
