We’re looking for our next Senior Mortgage Agent. Could It Be You?
At Questrade, we believe getting a mortgage should be simple and transparent. We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Senior Mortgage Agent to join our team on the front lines of our growing mortgage brokerage.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across digital channels (phone, email, and live chat), guiding them through their home financing journey from initial inquiry to closing. You will assess financial needs, pre-qualify applicants, and guide clients through underwriting with complete clarity and exceptional service. Partnering closely with internal operations, tech teams, and lender networks, you will also help refine our digital tools and streamline workflows—continuously challenging traditional banking models to give Canadians a better choice in home financing.
