Silent Witness automates the physics behind car accidents, turning crash evidence into accident reconstruction and injury analysis. We help personal injury law firms assess cases early, understand what the evidence supports and identify actionable steps to strengthen their cases.

We’re looking for a proactive Account Executive who knows how to start conversations and turn them into business. You’ll be calling prospective clients, running product demos and following up consistently. This is a hands-on startup role for someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for leads.

What you’ll do

Build your pipeline through consistent outbound calling and outreach.
Engage with attorneys and law firm teams to understand their needs.
Run clear, compelling demos that show how Silent Witness fits their work.
Handle objections and follow up persistently and professionally to close deals.
Keep your pipeline organized, with clear next steps for every opportunity.
Bring customer feedback to the team and help improve our sales process.

Who you are

A strong communicator who listens well and builds trust quickly.
Comfortable making calls every day and staying motivated through rejection.
Proactive, organized and accountable for your results.
Resourceful enough to work without a rigid playbook.
Excited to help build a startup, not just work within an established sales process.
