We are a leading technology solutions provider specializing in delivering innovative customer experiences for large financial institutions. Currently, we are undertaking an exciting project for a major financial client that requires the expertise of six (6) IVR Developers to design and develop interactive voice response (IVR) applications on the Genesys Cloud platform. The project will span a minimum of three months with the possibility of extension, and it offers an excellent opportunity for skilled IVR Developers to contribute to a cutting-edge project within the finance industry.
Responsibilities:
As a Genesys Cloud IVR Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain IVR applications for our esteemed financial client. Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Architect and Design: Designing efficient and scalable IVR applications on the Genesys Cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
- Development: Implementing IVR applications using Genesys Cloud, leveraging Data Actions, API integrations, and expressions to create interactive and personalized customer experiences.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting thorough testing of IVR applications to identify and rectify bugs or issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Documentation: Creating comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement: Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in IVR development to continuously improve and enhance the solutions delivered.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven Experience: A solid background in developing IVR applications on the Genesys Cloud platform, with a track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
- Architectural Expertise: Strong proficiency in designing scalable IVR architectures and implementing complex IVR call flows.
- Genesys Cloud Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the Genesys Cloud platform, including Data Actions, API integration, and expressions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions to address them.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Financial Industry Experience: Familiarity with the financial industry, including banking processes and customer engagement, would be advantageous.
Work Schedule:
Due to the nature of the project and the need to maintain velocity, the majority of IVR Developers will be required to work weekends. The workweek will be from Friday through Tuesday, providing sufficient time for rest and recovery.
