Missive is leading the way in transforming how we communicate and work together. We're seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dedicated team to support our growth.
We are looking for candidates based in the Americas or Europe (100% remote if you are not based in Quebec City, Canada)
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers from across the world receive exceptional support (quality and speed).
🎯 What You'll Achieve
- Answer customer queries from the Support InboxAnswer basic to intermediate product questions related to settings, inbox management, and key features.
- Mostly refer to existing tools (FAQ, onboarding, etc.).
- Properly escalate complex customer requests (and learn from it, we are here for you).
- Support and assist other team membersWhile your primary focus will be on support, there may be occasions where you'll be called upon to assist with other operational tasks.
🪄 Skills and Behaviors
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical customer service role.
- Other relevant customer support experience will be considered.
- Coachability and willingness to learn.
- Communicates well and is understood by the customer; fluency in English.
- Autonomy in learning new tools and software.
🔋 Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Missive, other email collaboration apps, or other email clients.
- You are tech-savvy.
- If remote: You are willing to to align/overlap some of your work hours with Eastern Time Zone during the initial onboarding and training period.
