The Role
We're seeking a Lead QA Agent Manager to lead the charge in designing and scaling our automated testing systems. This is not just a traditional QA automation role—it’s a pioneering opportunity to architect our agentic AI testing framework, enabling reliable regression, end-to-end, and exploratory testing across our fintech platform.
You will be responsible for defining our QA strategy, building automation pipelines, and designing autonomous AI testers that can interpret requirements, generate test cases, execute workflows, and identify UI/UX friction points.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraditional QA Leadership
- Own the strategy for end-to-end, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Build and maintain test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Track quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness.
- Triage, reproduce, and escalate high-priority bugs in partnership with engineering.
AI & Agentic Tooling Innovation
- Architect and prototype intelligent agent systems that can autonomously test user workflows.
- Collaborate with AI and product teams to develop LLM-powered agents for:
- Dynamic test generation based on feature specs and changelogs.
- Intelligent test result interpretation and prioritization of failures.
- Synthetic data creation for non-production scenarios.
- Build and contribute to the internal common agentic framework
Process Ownership & Tooling
- Define QA processes that scale across fast-moving product offerings.
- Select and configure test management tools that integrate with our product pipeline (e.g., Linear,, Notion).
- Build dashboards to visualize test health, flakiness, and coverage trends.
- Evangelize a test-first mindset and help ship code confidently.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong background in test automation (python).
- Experience testing SaaS products with complex workflows and third-party integrations.
- Passionate about emerging AI tools and how they can optimize engineering productivity.
- Comfortable experimenting with LLM APIs, prompt chaining, or autonomous agent frameworks.
- You care about delivering a frictionless customer experience, and you treat bugs as blockers to trust.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain, AWS Bedrock, or n8n.
- Experience with fintech, compliance-heavy platforms, or workflows involving user approvals and trust accounts.
- Contributions to open-source testing frameworks or AI agent libraries.
