Our Growth Marketing team is expanding, and we're looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to join us. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in scaling and optimizing our paid acquisition channels — from launching new campaigns to refining existing ones. You’ll focus on everything from audience targeting, creatives, landing pages and more. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with teams across Data, Creative, Lifecycle, and Demand Generation. You’ll leverage Relay’s unique data to build campaigns, drive impact to channel performance, and optimize campaigns toward our highest-value customers. What You'll Be Doing:
Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns across a variety of paid acquisition channels — including both online and offline efforts like paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing, and/or direct mail
Launch measurable A/B testing across campaigns and landing pages; continuously optimize campaigns, automation, and workflows for better performance
Analyze and report on channel performance, with the ability to dive deep into specific campaign results and insights
Support day-to-day communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor programs, bringing forward ideas and experiments to improve conversion and drive growth
Who You Are:
You have 1-2 years of marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of building and managing of at least one paid channel such as Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Video Ads
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and bring a creative eye to campaign execution
You’re proactive and resourceful — you anticipate challenges, take initiative, and drive projects forward without needing to be asked
You thrive in a test-and-learn environment and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to everything you do
You have a knack for gathering, analyzing and reporting on campaign data to find opportunities for improvement
Bonus Points:
You’ve worked with offline channels such as direct mail, gift cards, flyers, events, and/or partnerships
You bring experience from fast-paced, high-stakes environments — whether that’s a high-growth startup, performance marketing agency, and/or fintech company
You have a solid understanding of attribution models and aren’t afraid to share your perspective on what works (and what doesn’t)
