Location: REMOTE / Toronto, Ontario

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment of our global roles across all product lines (we operate globally and have five distinct business units)
- Working in coordination with our other in house recruiter(s) to ensure capacity is level across the whole organization’s hiring needs
- Staying within the overall hiring budget for roles including obtaining formal approvals for all offers
- Facilitating positive reviews, feedback and ratings from our candidates regarding their hiring experience
- Negotiating offers and positioning of employer value proposition to potential hires
- Drafting offer letters, and other HRIS related documents required as part of pre-hire
- Update recruitment tracker for to ensure key metrics are tracked for weekly reporting
Must Have Skills:
Required Experience (ideal candidate):
- Previous experience in recruitment, utilizing recruitment tools and HR platforms, including ATS’s, HRIS’s and social media platforms
- A passion for creating an awesome candidate experience including gathering feedback and responding in a timely manner to all applicants with thoughtfulness
- Previous experience in a tech sector recruiting environment and managing at least 10 roles simultaneously
- A mixture of corporate and agency experience would be considered an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills and a great eye for detail as you’ll be required to draft employment offers
- Comfortable with public speaking or networking and building a positive employer brand
- Ability to understand hiring manager needs, a great communicator who can build rapport through their working relationship
