What you'll do:
As an Enterprise Agile Coach your key area of responsibility will be driving enterprise Agile adoption and maturity. This includes coaching leaders and teams, implementing effective Agile processes, facilitating key events, contributing strategically to transformation, and helping build the Agile Center of Excellence. You will need to work closely with executives, leaders, Agile teams, coaches, Scrum Masters, and other cross-departmental stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative and influential leader with strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, adept at engaging all organizational levels and fostering an adaptable, improvement-driven culture. In addition, the successful candidate will have expert knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and transformation strategy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in change management and data-driven decision-making using metrics, and familiarity with Agile tools (like Jira).
How you'll make an impact

Provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation and maintenance of Agile methodologies across the organization.

Work with senior leaders and executives to develop change management plans that drive Agile adoption and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsible for overall organizational change, serving as the main point of contact on the delivery of Agile initiatives.

Serve as a key influencer for Agile Transformation, and develop a network of cross-departmental Agile advocates.

Facilitate and Plan Product Increment planning, Program Retrospectives, Release Demo's, Portfolio Reviews and other agile events as needed.

Lead and facilitate workshops, training, and Agile adoption events to promote Agile methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean approaches.

Coach and mentor Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and others in their efforts to support Agile teams in applying Agile principles and practices.

Foster an Agile culture that embraces continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability.

Contribute to the strategic direction of the Agile Services team and the company in terms of Agile Transformation.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Agile methodologies, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement metrics to measure and track Agile performance, and use data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Accountable for increasing Agile maturity, maintaining team health and the efficient, predictable flow of our Agile Delivery Processes.
What you'll bring to the role
-
Bachelor's Degree specialization in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Advanced agile certifications preferred (e.g. CSP-CM, CTC, SPC).

Certifications in Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) highly desired.

10+ years coaching technical development teams as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.

5+ years as Project Manager or equivalent.

Experience in a product development role - other than Project Manager - such as Developer, Dev Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager.

Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching Agile teams and individuals, with a track record of success in driving Agile Transformation at an enterprise level.

Experience in building and sustaining Agile Center of Excellence within an organization.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and executives.

Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

Broad knowledge of agile, project and program management methodologies.
