Our client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. They sell to both B2B and B2C, and this person needs to work with both sides of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving commercial and operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities
Defining and driving Revenue performance tracking dashboards
Driving CRM development and ensuring CRM data integrity
Developing and documenting revenue processes and automation/AI initiatives
Support all business units with pipeline monitoring and development
Contribute to executive and board-level reporting
Alignment of Revenue team inputs into CRM across entire commercial flow, from Product, through to Marketing, Sales and CS, Operations, and Finance
Must Have Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
3+ years experience in Revenue Operations
Experience defining Revenue performance tracking (metrics, KPIs) processes and dashboards
Experience structuring cross-functional processes, and running growth projects
Experience with MS Dynamics or Similar
Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
Experience with D2C eCommerce, SaaS and B2B sales models
