About the role
As Associate, Logistics - Banking Operations, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of physical banking materials — ensuring they are delivered accurately, securely, and on time. You’ll manage relationships with courier and delivery partners, monitor inventory levels, and help streamline our internal logistics processes to support a seamless client experience.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across design, procurement, and product to ensure the systems and processes behind our physical banking products (e.g., cheques, cards, bank drafts) are well-orchestrated and reliable.
We’re a remote-first team, but this role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday. You’ll be based in our Toronto office and play a key role in ensuring our banking operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This role will be based on-site at our Toronto HQ at 80 Spadina Avenue, working 8 hours between 8AM to 6PM ET, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage daily logistics of sensitive and time-bound banking materials, ensuring every delivery meets our quality and security standards.
- Build Key Partnerships: Build strong relationships with courier services and delivery partners to troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and resolve escalations in real time.
- Oversee Inventory: Monitor stock levels, forecast future needs, and coordinate timely restocking of banking materials using data and operational insight.
- Improve Processes: Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in our logistics workflows and implement improvements to boost reliability and reduce turnaround times.
- Analyze and Report: Track performance metrics including delivery success rates, partner SLAs, and turnaround times to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, procurement, and design teams to align operational logistics with upcoming product launches, demand shifts, or design changes.
Skills you bring:- Proven experience impacting supply chain operations, preferably in financial services, e-commerce or distribution.
- You're a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives under pressure, expertly managing multiple time-sensitive tasks while quickly adapting to challenges in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience using logistics platforms, inventory management tools, and tracking systems.
- Excellent communicator — you are able to coordinate and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Comfort with analyzing data to monitor performance and suggest improvements.
- Understanding of security and confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive materials.
- Experience working with external vendors and holding partners accountable to SLAs and performance expectations.
