To help achieve our mission, we need to capture the best talent to support every area across the business as we scale. As a Talent Sourcer at Cohere you will be in a unique and exciting position to help grow our teams globally.
We seek a creative, high-performing Talent Sourcer who is eager to take on a new challenge. In this intermediate level role, you will be sourcing talent for all areas of the business, building amazing candidate experiences, and influencing the scaling of an organization with some of the greatest minds in the industry.

As a member of our Talent team, you will:
Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class talent by utilizing a range of sourcing techniques and creative sourcing strategies
Support hiring across all levels and functions (tech and non-tech) in the business
Manage the candidate experience and develop strong relationships with candidates
Shepherd candidates through the interview process when necessary
Partner with hiring managers, talent partners and interview teams, developing effective sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals
Keep up-to-date with the talent market and industry insights in an effort to foster informed decision making
Optimize and improve the interview process as it scales and ensure it promotes a positive candidate experience
Build relationships with diverse non-technical, technical and talent communities
Initiate and take ownership of exciting talent projects
This career growth opportunity may be a good match for you if you have:
2+ years of experience in a sourcing or full-cycle recruitment role, preferably within a fast growing tech startup/scaleup
Courage, resilience and an ability to work effectively in a dynamic change oriented rapidly evolving environment
Strong experiences managing candidate sourcing campaigns for Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Infrastructure, Legal, Modelling, Product, Customer Success talent (and more!)
Experience initiating and managing creative talent sourcing strategies
Superior written and verbal communication skills
A track record of taking ownership; directly sourcing top of funnel candidates across multiple business areas both tech and non-tech
A passion for establishing equitable recruiting processes and a history of going the extra mile to recruit non-traditional candidates
A natural curiosity for the AI industry, specifically around cutting edge research within the NLP space
Strong working knowledge of Ashby is a bonus
