The Role
We’ve launched my.inc to help newly incorporated businesses secure and grow their digital identity from day one. We’ve also launched my.box, a Web3-native naming platform designed for builders, developers, and creators looking to control their online identity across decentralized applications.
We’re hiring a Sr Marketing Manager to lead how both of these products show up in the world, through content, paid media, and founder-focused community engagement.
You’ll own the growth strategy and execution for both my.inc and my.box, bringing together content creation, paid performance, community engagement, and ecosystem growth under one roof. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, uses AI as part of their creative stack and knows how to to inspire others.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a lean marketing team across performance, content, and community; set goals, establish workflows, and foster greatness.
- Own and execute the content strategy across both brands from landing pages and video to social, newsletters, and onboarding flows.
- Ensure our paid acquisition strategy drives customer acquisition, conversion, and performance visibility.
- Grow awareness in the North American startup and builder ecosystem; identify communities, events, and digital channels where my.inc and my.box should show up.
- Create and lead founder-focused campaigns and activations, tying .inc and .box to moments that matter (e.g. new company formation, launches, product releases).
- Develop community-led content and partnerships, work with creators, founders, or advisors to expand reach and trust.
- Work cross-functionally to align messaging, drive product adoption, and support growth.
What You Bring
- 7+ years in content, marketing, or ecosystem-facing roles; ideally in startup, SaaS, or identity/infrastructure tech.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end marketing strategy across brand and performance.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Direct experience managing paid media campaigns and optimizing for acquisition.
- Strong instincts around founder and builder audiences.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI) for content and creative production.
