Geotab is seeking a Pricing Analyst who will provide strategic pricing expertise and support to our sales team, resellers, and customers by managing non-standard pricing requests, reseller agreements, and pricing amendments across our systems. What you'll do:
As a Pricing Analyst your key area of responsibility will be reviewing and approving pricing concessions, maintaining system configurations, and ensuring pricing accuracy across all agreements. You will need to work closely with Geotab's Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing teams, as well as communicate with external resellers and customers.
To be successful in this role you will be a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have proven problem-solving abilities, superior organizational skills to manage competing priorities, and technical proficiency with data analysis and business software tools.
How you'll make an impact:

Review all basic concession requests for non-standard pricing, reseller credit requests, and concessions that include hardware.

Approve and release stopped orders in MyAdmin/GMS.

Draft and review pricing letters and coordinate non-standard pricing that is implemented with the Sales, Accounts Receivable and Marketing teams.

Utilize Power BI to analyze and audit accuracy of pricing before and after pricing agreements are finalized.

Create and maintain rate plans, product pricing and promo codes in MyAdmin.
What you'll bring to the role:
-
1-3 years experience as a Pricing Analyst, Market Research Analyst or another analytical role.

Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field highly valued.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions.

High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.

Proven superior research and analytical skills, including both qualitative and quantitative skills.

High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
-
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.

A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.

Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
