Our client is a Venture Studio with an amazing track record of launching, building and developing SaaS companies.
The new venture is focused on democratizing the manufacturing space. Their solution allows mid to large manufacturers to use a stand alone camera and sensor enabled platform to ensure production lines are running perfectly and detect and diagnose any issues.
This venture is already significantly de-risked: they have validated market demand with 40+ experts and customers, completed technical feasibility studies, and are actively developing real-world use cases with early adopters.
As Founder and CEO, you will have full ownership of the company's vision, growth and success. You'll define and execute the product vision, build and inspire a high-caliber team, and lead fundraising efforts.

A significant equity stake in the venture and operational freedom to define and execute your strategic vision.
A venture already capitalized with a Pre-Seed. The Venture Studio also intends to lead the Seed, and reserves ample capital to participate in future fundraising rounds.
A collaborative co-founder throughout the journey. You'll have direct access to their internal network, and we'll take care of the early administrative hurdles so you can focus on building the company and hitting your milestones.
Significant ownership stake in the company and operational freedom to define and execute your strategic vision.
Must Have Skills:
Who You Are
You are a seasoned entrepreneur ready for a new challenge.
Founding or early hire CEO with an appetite to start from scratch
You have successfully built a company, product, or significant business unit from 0 to 1, with P&L ownership.
You have built teams from one to 30+ employees, ideally with an exit, or similar.
You have a track record of hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
You have knowledge in the building product supply chain (eg HVAC, electrical) or construction industry (nice-to-have), working with legacy industry is a very nice to have at a minimum.
