We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of a cutting-edge live sports streaming application. In this role, you’ll drive discovery, development, and continuous optimization across mobile, web, and connected TV platforms — delivering best-in-class streaming and fan engagement experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Design, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to translate customer insights and analytics into impactful product enhancements that increase engagement, retention, and overall viewership. Passionate about understanding user needs, you’ll build empathy through direct interaction with customers and transform those insights into intuitive, high-impact experiences across platforms.
Balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, you’ll prioritize initiatives, remove delivery blockers, and maintain a relentless focus on delighting fans and achieving measurable business outcomes in the fast-moving world of sports and digital entertainment.
What you'll be doing:
• Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery for live streaming and fan engagement features across iOS, Android, web, and connected TV platforms, applying Lean and Agile principles to achieve business results.
• Provide strong cross-functional leadership—communicating strategy clearly, making data-driven decisions, and fostering a collaborative, accountable team culture.
• Develop deep understanding of our viewers and their needs, using analytics tools like Amplitude, user research, and experimentation to guide product direction.
• Track emerging trends and competing products across the sports, media, and streaming landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, quality releases, and timely delivery.
Must Have Skills:
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering high-scale consumer digital products—ideally in mobile, video, or streaming.
• Deep customer empathy with hands-on experience in user research, testing, and data-driven optimization.
• Strong collaboration skills; experienced partnering with Product Design and Engineering to build and iterate on high-impact solutions.
• Comfortable using analytics and data insights to guide product decisions and measure success.
• Strategic thinker who can move seamlessly between vision and execution, balancing big-picture goals with hands-on delivery.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams and building alignment across stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Background in startup or entrepreneurial environments and an interest in sports, streaming, gaming, or entertainment are strong assets.
