Our client a energy trading and monitoring platform that is tackling some of the most critical issues for power consumption for data centres and other high energy use industries.
They are looking for an ambitious engineer to build the data systems that power their AI platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting data pipelines, managing databases, and optimizing data models or creating new analytical tools to help make better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement database and data lake solution for platform.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines.
Transform raw data into actionable intelligence for the platform.
Optimize workflows and infrastructure to enhance performance and scalability.
Must Have Skills:
Extensive experience with databases, data lakes, and data pipelines.
Extensive experience ingesting data from diverse sources.
Strong analytical skills and experience with visualization tools.
Proficiency with SQL, Python and relevant technologies.
Thrives in a startup and small team environment. They are a small team and like to keep it lean and agile.
