The Role
Join our technical team building three interconnected applications: Me Chat (self-understanding), Mirror Chat (understanding others), and Group Chat (AI-facilitated relationship improvement).
What You'll Build
- Conversational AI systems with psychological assessment engines•
- RAG-based memory systems for contextual conversation•
- Multi-profile relationship intelligence and synthesis•
- Real-time coaching systems•
- Pattern extraction from conversation history (5,000+ messages)
Tech Stack
- Frontend: Next.js 15, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS•
- Backend: Node.js or Python•
- AI: Claude Sonnet 4, OpenAI APIs, RAG systems•
- Data: PostgreSQL, Vector DB (Pinecone/Qdrant), Redis
Who We Want
- 5+ years full-stack experience•
- Strong backend (Python or Node.js) + modern frontend (React/Next.js)•
- Experience with LLMs (Claude/GPT-4), prompt engineering, RAG systems•
- Systems thinking for complex applications•
- Comfortable with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
