I run SmartRecover. We help high-growth health brands (Weight Loss, TRT, Longevity) fix "leaky" sales funnels. When a lead stalls in a quiz or checkout, our team steps in via SMS to have real, human conversations that convert. We fill the gap between robotic "cart abandonment" emails and expensive sales teams.
We have recovered $100M+ for our clients and are looking for someone to own the strategy, optimize the psychology of our messaging, and maximize revenue for our top-tier partners.
The Mission
This isn't a "Customer Success" role. Your job is to make our clients more money.
You will take a client from "just signed" to "printing cash." You’ll dive deep into their brand DNA, identify the psychological barriers preventing a purchase, and architect the messaging strategy that overcomes them. You aren't just managing a relationship; you are the architect of their recovery revenue.
What You’ll Actually Do
1. Diagnose Purchase Friction
You will analyze funnel and conversation data to identify the real reasons leads stall. Price sensitivity. Medical anxiety. Trust gaps. Process confusion. You will convert these findings into clear, executable instruction sets for our SMS reps.
2. Architect the Messaging Strategy
You decide how we speak. Tone, sequencing, objection handling, escalation logic. If conversations drift, get bloated, or miss the psychological moment, you correct it immediately.
3. Enforce Conversion Discipline
You monitor live conversation logs. You intervene when performance degrades. You propose concrete changes like script swaps, fast-track paths, or offer adjustments and push clients to implement them.

Psychologically Intuitive: You can read a text thread and feel exactly where a customer got nervous. You know how to pivot tone to build trust in high-stakes health categories and write incredible copy.
Data-Obsessed: You live in the spreadsheets. You don't guess; you look at the cohort data and act.
Compensation
Salary: $80k – $110k
Performance Bonus: You get a cut of the growth you create. If you find a way to make a client an extra $50k/month, you’re getting paid on that.
Equity: 1-4% for the right hire
