Our client is a global casino-entertainment company operating 15 casinos across 10 states, along with a golf course, horse racetrack, and online sports betting licenses in 18 states. They are looking for a dynamic, data-savvy, casino-obsessed leader to drive the next evolution of their Live Dealer offering across multiple brands and markets. Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Portfolio Management:
Own Live Dealer strategy and roadmap, driving performance, revenue, and player engagement across all jurisdictions and brands. Expand the portfolio by evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding new providers, games, and studio innovations. Align Live Dealer initiatives with broader business and promotional goals with Casino, Product, and Commercial teams.
Studio Oversight & Operational Excellence:
Monitor and report on studio performance, uptime, and KPIs, ensuring a seamless, compliant player experience. Maintain clear communication with external studio partners for prompt issue resolution. Implement process improvements and quality assurance for table management, dealer performance, and broadcast integrity.
Partner Management & Revenue Optimization:
Cultivate strategic partnerships with key Live Dealer providers (e.g., Evolution, Playtech) to drive commercial growth. Negotiate performance-aligned commercial agreements, ensuring effective use of partner tools and promotions. Identify and execute revenue opportunities via cross-sell, VIP activations, and data-driven promotions.
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead and mentor Live Dealer specialists and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management for Live Dealer personnel. Develop internal talent pipelines through continuous learning programs.
Reporting & Analytics:
Master all Live Dealer and provider back offices to produce detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Provide executive-level insights on table performance, player behavior, and ROI to inform strategic decisions. Use data insights to recommend game mix, studio, and promotional optimizations.
Table Games Expertise:
Apply deep land-based casino experience to implement best-in-class online Live Dealer practices. Use operational expertise in game pacing, dealer engagement, and player experience to optimize table utilization and profitability.

Must Have Skills:
• 7+ years of casino operations experience, including 3+ years in Live Dealer management.
• Proven success in Live Dealer portfolio expansion, studio operations, and revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of table games, dealer performance, and studio production.
• Experience managing global Live Dealer providers and multi-state regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
