The Iteration Manager supports structured delivery across multiple workstreams within a large contact centre transformation program, ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage delivery iterations within an adaptive waterfall framework.
• Coordinate dependencies across functional, technical, and QA teams.
• Track milestones, risks, and delivery commitments across project phases.
• Facilitate iteration planning, reviews, and readiness checkpoints.
• Support design validation and integration activities across environments.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables.
MUST HAVE SECURITY RELIABILITY CLEARANCE
Must Have Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, iteration management, or PMO roles.
• Experience working on large enterprise or public sector technology programs.
• Familiarity with contact centre delivery projects and migration initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in semi-agile, adaptive waterfall environments.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience supporting contact centre or telecom programs.
• Exposure to Genesys Cloud CX initiatives.
