Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve maximum success. From seamless onboarding and implementation to proactive engagement and strategic guidance, you will be accountable for the customer journey—accelerating time-to-value, maximizing retention, and fostering deep product adoption. We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and customer-obsessed professional to join our growing team.
This position is fully remote, with core hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.
Who you are
As a results-oriented professional, you possess a strong project management foundation and the proven ability to oversee multiple accounts simultaneously. You possess executive-level presentation skills and take a data-driven approach to solving problems. You thrive in the space between delivery and relationship management.
What you will focus on
- End-to-End Implementation: Lead the full customer onboarding lifecycle, serving as the primary project manager to ensure software deployments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.
- Milestone Tracking: Define and communicate clear project phases and "next steps" to stakeholders, ensuring a transparent roadmap from kickoff to go-live.
- Status Reporting: Establish a formal reporting cadence to track project health, deliverables, mitigation plans, and key performance indicators.
- UAT & Request Management: Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including the systematic tracking, prioritization, and triaging of customer feedback and technical requests.
- Customer Health & Strategy: Deliver an exceptional experience through proactive communication and data-driven reporting on customer health, identifying trends in adoption and areas for process improvement.
- Revenue Growth: Ensure contract requirements are met and identify opportunities for account expansion to increase overall recurring revenue.
- Internal Advocacy: Champion growth by sharing marketing resources and feature improvements with customers, while bringing feedback back to SuiteSpot’s internal product and development teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Technical Implementation Managers, Product, Sales, Support, and Development teams to refine our delivery model and drive projects forward.
What you bring
- Experience: 5+ years in Software Project Management, Implementation Management, or a PM-heavy Customer Success role (SaaS environment preferred).
- Executive Presence: Proven experience leading and facilitating executive meetings with clear agendas and high-impact outcomes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, alongside strong analytical capabilities.
