Be the first point of contact for organizations exploring how PathPilot can transform their career services. You'll generate and qualify leads, build relationships with key stakeholders at universities and workforce organizations, and set the foundation for successful partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential customers in higher education, workforce development, and enterprise markets
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
• Develop deep understanding of PathPilot's value proposition and competitive landscape
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign effectiveness and lead quality feedback
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly activity and pipeline generation targets
Must Have Skills:
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and resilience
• Coachable with a growth mindset and desire to build a sales career
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Interest in EdTech, AI, and workforce development

• Experience selling to higher education or government organizations
• Background in career services, recruiting, or workforce development
• Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
