In this role, you will:
Work directly with the founders on critical financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and fundraising
Develop and streamline internal processes across billing, vendor management, and procurement
Partner with founders to define and track key business metrics and OKRs
Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency as the company scales
Support strategic initiatives including pricing analysis, market sizing, and competitive intelligence
To be successful at this role, you have
2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate finance
1+ years of experience operating at a fast-paced, high-growth startup
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency)
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — you build the plane while flying it
Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations
A systems-thinking mindset — you don't just solve problems, you build processes that prevent them
Bonus
Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, net revenue retention)
Prior exposure to fundraising or investor relations
