The Integration Engineer drives system-to-system integrations between EvenUp and various Case Management System (CMS) platforms. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end setup, configuration, and maintenance of these critical connections. You will oversee multiple simultaneous customer onboarding projects, utilizing agile methodologies and deep technical acumen to ensure timely, accurate, and secure data flow between EvenUp and our customers' legal tech stacks.
We are looking for a professional who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and customer management. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless technical onboarding experience, acting as a bridge between customer teams and our internal Product and Engineering departments to deliver delightful customer outcomes at scale.
This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States.
What you'll do:
Technical Integration Management: Lead multiple concurrent customer onboarding projects, managing API-based configurations and data mapping using SQL and JSON to ensure seamless connectivity.
Process Optimization: Develop and refine standardized setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they transition into production to improve efficiency and reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with customer teams and internal partners across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to drive project health.
Project Governance: Track and manage project status using agile methodologies (Kanban/Jira) to ensure a high-quality and timely customer experience.
What we look for:
SaaS Integration Experience: 5–7 years of experience delivering functional or technical integrations, with hands-on expertise in iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, JSON, and API server-to-server integrations; experience with tools like Postman, Workbench, or Metabase is highly preferred.
Agile Project Management: Proven ability to drive agile processes and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic Communication: Excellent customer management and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical specifications into clear outcomes for stakeholders.
