Our agency is partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that delivers AI-powered workflow and operational software to industrial and construction-focused businesses across North America. As the company continues to scale, they are looking for a Strategic Accounts Manager to strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers and drive long-term account growth.
This position is focused on managing and expanding relationships with high-value customers. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful adoption of the platform while identifying opportunities for retention, expansion, and deeper engagement across customer organizations.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver a strong client experience and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with strategic enterprise accounts
- Lead account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Conduct executive-level customer reviews and performance discussions
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, and long-term retention
- Coordinate onboarding, rollout, and training initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and priorities
- Support contract discussions and enterprise account growth initiatives

Must Have Skills:
Experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or SaaS sales
