The Enablement Lead is a hybrid strategic and technical role responsible for transforming Salesforce into the primary operating system for Flexiti’s merchant partnerships. Sitting within the Merchant Enablement team, this role owns the end-to-end architecture of our partner lifecycle—from prospect acquisition to ongoing account management. You will be the architect and executor of our "Single Source of Truth," centralizing the flow, merchant data and contract lifecycles into a high-functioning CRM ecosystem.

Salesforce Architecture & Development: Design and build custom objects, complex Flows, and technical pathways to map Flexiti’s unique B2B2C business model.

Contract Repository Centralization: Lead the migration of historical and forward-flow contracts into a centralized Salesforce hub.

Automated Lifecycle Management: Configure proactive renewal alerts and "Special Termination" watch-flows to ensure zero missed deadlines.

Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the technical bridge between Sales, Account Management, and Operations while investigating enterprise-wide tooling to ensure best-in-class solutions.

Next-Gen Tech Implementation: Leverage AI tooling and build seamless connection points between Salesforce and external platforms like Slack, Coda, etc., to automate workflows and team updates.

Data Governance: Establish and enforce data hygiene standards and validation rules, publishing weekly reports to ensure portfolio health scores remain accurate.

Strategic Account Planning Framework: Build tools—such as Account Health Scores and MBR/QBR preparation reports—that enable Account Managers to use Salesforce as a daily planning tool to prioritize high-risk or high-growth merchants.

Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience configuring Salesforce, including deep knowledge of Flow Builder, custom architectural design, and data migration.

Business Acumen: Ability to translate high-level growth needs into technical requirements that support merchant acquisition and retention.

Project Management: Experience leading implementation roadmaps from discovery through to UAT and go-live.

Technical Literacy: Skilled in API integrations and exploring the application of AI tools (both native CRM AI and external agents) to drive operational efficiency.
