We are looking for a Revenue Operations leader to help scale the operational engine behind EvenUp’s Sales organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership and the broader Revenue Operations team to design the systems, processes, and insights that power how our teams generate and manage pipeline.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the center of EvenUp’s go-to-market organization. You’ll help turn strategy into execution by improving the way our teams work, strengthening our operational infrastructure, and creating better visibility into performance. From redesigning workflows and building reporting frameworks to improving how teams adopt new processes and systems, you’ll play a critical role in helping our Sales organization operate effectively at scale.
What you'll do:
Own the operational framework across Sales, including workflows, processes, performance management, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs. Identify opportunities to improve how teams operate and move work through the funnel.
Map day-to-day workflows, identify friction across processes and systems, and redesign broken workflows. Translate the desired state into clear requirements for GTM Systems and other operational partners.
Define the core metrics and reporting frameworks used to manage Sales performance. Build and improve dashboards, scorecards, and inspection mechanisms that give leaders visibility into productivity, pipeline, conversion, and workflow adoption.
Establish standards for data quality, process adherence, documentation, and operational health. Partner with GTM Systems and RevOps to ensure Salesforce and other GTM systems accurately support how the business operates.
Serve as a strategic operational partner to Sales leadership, translating business goals and performance data into actionable insights and helping leaders make informed decisions around performance, capacity, pipeline, and process.
Own the operational side of changes to processes, systems, pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategy. Partner across teams to ensure changes are implemented effectively and adopted by the field.
Partner with Sales leadership to create more consistent onboarding, training, workflows, and ramp experiences that help new hires become productive quickly.
What we look for:
10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, SDR/BDR Operations, or a related GTM operations function, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Strong Sales expertise: You understand the workflows and operating rhythms of Sales organizations, including pipeline generation, lead management, qualification, routing, handoffs, forecasting, productivity, and funnel conversion.
Systems & data fluency: You have deep familiarity with Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems and can connect business requirements, workflows, data, and systems. You can identify system gaps and translate solutions into clear requirements for technical partners.
Analytical and operational rigor: You have built reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics that leaders use to manage their businesses, and you have a strong instinct for data quality, process consistency, and operational health.
Change and process leadership: You have a track record of redesigning inefficient processes and driving adoption of new workflows, systems, or ways of working. You’re also comfortable leading onboarding, training, or enablement programs when needed.
Benefits & Perks:
As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:
Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.
