What you'll do:
As a Partner Success Manager, your key responsibilities involve managing the partner lifecycle, including relationship building, strategic planning, enablement, and performance monitoring. You will work closely with partners and internal Geotab teams like Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product.
To be successful, you'll need strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills. Additionally, you must have proven experience in partner or account management, strategic planning, and strong analytical abilities.
How you'll make an impact

Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within assigned partner organizations. Understand their business goals, market strategy, and operational capabilities.

Oversee the onboarding process for new partners within a portfolio. Develop and deliver ongoing enablement plans, ensuring partners have access to and utilize Geotab training, resources, certifications, and tools needed for success.

Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans outlining mutual goals, sales targets, marketing activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular business reviews (e.g., QBRs) to track progress, identify challenges, and adjust strategies.

Proactively monitor partner performance against agreed-upon metrics. Identify underperforming partners and develop corrective action plans. Recognize high-performing partners and identify opportunities for further growth and investment.

Ensure partners understand the full value proposition of Geotab solutions and the Partner Program. Act as the partner's advocate within Geotab, liaising with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and other internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate partner needs.

Work with partners to identify upselling, cross-selling, service attachment, and expansion into new segments.

Ensure partners understand and adhere to Geotab Partner Program requirements and policies. Collect and synthesize partner feedback regarding Geotab products, services, and the Partner Program, channeling it back to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.

Work closely with Geotab Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and other internal stakeholders to present a unified front and provide seamless support to partners.
What you'll bring to the role
- Minimum 8+ years of combined experience in roles such as Channel Management, Partner Management, Partner Success, or Senior Account Management within the technology sector (SaaS, IoT, or Telematics preferred).

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

A proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of channel partners or strategic accounts.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing joint business plans with partners.

Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and partner profitability drivers.

Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and potentially Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
