What you'll do:
As a Partner Program Manager, your key responsibilities will involve driving program strategy and development, overseeing partner onboarding and engagement, managing performance, and optimizing the partner ecosystem based on data. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and support.
To be successful in this role you will be strategic, driven, with excellent leadership and communication skills, acting as an advocate for partners. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, a proven track record (5+ years) in successful partner or channel program management, and experience making data-driven improvements.

Identify new opportunities for program development and expansion to increase partner value.

Develop and implement program initiatives to drive partner and ecosystem growth.

Lead and manage program and project initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall partnership goals.

Develop and execute strategies to onboard partners into programs that align with Geotab's target segmentation and market.

Align partner segmentation to optimize program benefits and support.

Create and implement programs to foster strong relationships with partners.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and partner success.

Develop and implement strategies to increase partner revenue and market share.

Continuously monitor and analyze program data to identify trends/challenges and proactively implement corrective actions.

Serve as an advocate for Geotab partners within the organization by ensuring new programs are designed and launched effectively to meet the needs of Geotab, our partners and our customers.
What you'll bring to the role

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted.

5+ years of experience in partner program management, channel management, or a similar role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner programs.

Deep understanding of partner program best practices and methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

Experience in the technology industry, preferably in the IoT or telematics space, is a strong asset.
