Responsibilities
- Define and lead the design vision for high-impact, future-forward initiatives, setting the bar for innovation, craft, and strategic thinking within the Futures group.
- Drive the creation of AI-based product experiences, balancing bold experimentation with clear, scalable design strategies.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and research — framing problems, identifying opportunities, and shaping product direction through design.
- Mentor and support other designers, providing feedback, elevating design quality, and contributing to the growth of design talent within the team.
- Lead and synthesize discovery research to uncover user needs, identify emerging trends, and evaluate competitive landscapes—informing both immediate design decisions and long-term strategic direction.
- Create and guide the development of user journeys, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate product vision with clarity and depth.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $171,500- 232,000.
