We are looking for a hands-on and revenue-focused Head of FP&A to lead financial strategy, drive insight-based decision making, and fuel growth across our ecosystem. This leader will partner closely with business units and the President to deliver timely financial insights, operational alignment, and enterprise value creation through planning, pricing, acquisitions, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Decision Support
• Lead the FP&A function across all RealServus business units.
• Deliver timely, actionable financial insights and reporting to enable smart decisions at all levels.
• Establish and manage annual and quarterly planning processes, including budgets, targets, and bonus frameworks.
• Track business performance vs. plan, highlighting key variances and improvement areas.
Strategic Pricing & Revenue Optimization
• Own and execute pricing strategy across myabode and its portfolio businesses.
• Model pricing scenarios to maximize enterprise value and ensure market competitiveness.
M&A & Strategic Transactions
• Lead end-to-end M&A execution, including diligence (especially financial), modeling, and post-merger integration.
• Align acquisitions with strategic goals and support the onboarding of acquired teams.
Systems & Process Enablement
• Ensure the financial systems, tools, and processes support fast, scalable decision-making.
• Continuously improve reporting automation, dashboarding, and forecasting capabilities.
Legal Spend & Contract Management
• Manage a roster of external legal partners, optimizing for ROI.
• Act as the first reviewer of contracts and provide internal guidance before legal escalation.
Agent Team Acquisition & Incentives
• Partner with brokerages to structure compelling but ROI-disciplined incentive packages for team acquisitions.
• Support speed and rigor in acquiring and integrating agent teams.
Strategic Planning
• Co-own development of the 5-year strategic financial model with the President.
• Align financial strategy with broader business goals and investor expectations.
Sales & Marketing ROI Analysis
• Measure and communicate ROI across CAC, sales comp, marketing, and other spend initiatives.
• Manage sales compensation structures, ensuring performance alignment and tracking.

Qualifications
• University degree (B.A.) with commerce/business administration focus or equivalent in work experience is required.
• Exceptional financial analytical ability skills
• 5 to 7 years experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role, including budgeting and planning experience.
• Experience multiple-location, national and multi-channel industries is an asset.
• 10+ years of broad-based operational finance experience with progressive responsibility and a strong focus on FP&A.
