About the Role:
The Full-Stack Developer develops high-level technical solutions to refine service delivery for a vast membership base and facilitates the seamless expansion of company operations. Situated within the Growth Division, this position oversees the evolution of member-facing platforms, including the public-facing site, the private user portal, and the mobile ecosystem.
•Development & Expansion: Executes the engineering and maintenance of flexible-office technology platforms, focusing on high-speed performance and architectural scalability.
•System Design: Partners with Digital Product leads to architect forward-thinking frameworks that prevent data fragmentation and support long-term business objectives.
•Deployment Reliability: Engineers resilient environments with a strict focus on production stability, ensuring software updates occur without interrupting the member experience.
•Integrated Collaboration: Functions within a product-centric framework to bridge the gap between sophisticated backend logic and front-end user needs.
•Technical Leadership: Upholds rigorous standards for clean code, comprehensive documentation, and automated testing protocols.
Must Have Skills:
•Experience: 5–7+ years working in production backend environments using Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
•Database Fluency: Strong proficiency with NoSQL databases (i.e MongoDB).
•Async Architecture: Experience handling asynchronous workflows using message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS SNS/SQS).
•Cloud Native: Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, SNS, SQS). (Bonus points, not required)
•Versatility: While backend-focused, you are comfortable working across the full stack when needed. We are a team of versatile developers that can work across the stack.
•Communication: You can articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
