Join our team at Taalas as we seek a dynamic Operations Manager to spearhead administrative efficiency and optimize daily operations within our organization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Track purchase orders and component deliveries, including creating a system to achieve more efficient tracking.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to support the recruitment process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork for new employees is completed accurately.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities: help with enrolling and explaining benefits, equipment and office access setup, etc.
- Manage the budget for office-related expenses, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure that the office has the necessary equipment and supplies for day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Possibility for supply chain and accounts payable/receivable responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration, HR Management or Operations at a start-up or technology company
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, operations management, business administration, or related field
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and especially Microsoft Excel
- Flexible and proactive, willingness to learn and develop
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
