Role Overview
As Director of Partnerships, you will be a key revenue driver responsible for building and scaling EvenUp’s referral and partner ecosystem within the personal injury legal market. You’ll focus on generating net new business through strategic referral channels, co-marketing collaborations, and high-impact partner events — from digital to in-person engagements.
You will play a leading role in aligning partners to EvenUp’s growth objectives and translating deep market relationships into a sustainable pipeline of new law firm customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy targeting high-value referral sources and strategic collaborators relevant to personal injury law.
Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with legal networks, vendor partners, associations, bar groups, educational platforms, and industry influencers.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners, representing EvenUp’s brand, mission, and value proposition.
Revenue & Lead Generation
Drive net new business by structuring referral programs, incentivized alliances, and partner-led acquisition initiatives.
Define KPIs and revenue targets for the partner channel; forecast and report performance against goals.
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure high-quality lead flow, seamless handoff, and conversion tracking.
Events & Co-Marketing Initiatives
Lead planning and execution of partner-centric events including:
Conferences, workshops, and CLEs
Roundtables, dinners, and other in-person networking
Webinars and digital educational series
Work with Marketing to launch co-branded campaigns, content, and thought leadership that drive visibility and pipeline.
Enablement & Partner Success
Develop partner enablement playbooks, training, and resources to ensure partners can effectively communicate EvenUp’s value to their audiences.
Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement; iterate programs based on performance data and qualitative feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to elevate partner feedback into actionable insight and improve partner outcomes.
Ensure consistent messaging and alignment between partner channels and broader company GTM strategy.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales — ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Demonstrated success in scaling referral and partner programs that generate measurable revenue.
Deep relationship building and networking skills with an ability to engage executive-level partners.
Strong project management and event planning capabilities.
Excellent communicator, able to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
Preferred
Experience working with or selling into personal injury law firms or legal services.
Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem, bar associations, referral networks, and conference circuits.
History of partnering with professional associations or referral communities.
Experience with CRM and partner management / PRM tools.
